I love you.
It's the heart. That genuineness. I'm sold.
Again I can tell it's live, so I won't be harsh. Some bum notes, but who cares.

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Live recordings, I love.
There's pixies, there's beastie boys. There's great camaraderie. There's heart in here.
As it's live I don't wanna be harsh but your guitars need more volume, one of the vocals needs taming.
I love it though

Not my genre. But fuck me that is some fret wanking.
It's really good, tonally.
My gripes, it's all central and thus muddy. I'd be panning and thinning parts to give more dynamic range. The drums, though well arranged just don't feel live.
I'd tame the overall volume, thin out the parts, find a 'live' drum and let the track be more dynamic. Again this isn't my genre, but i can appreciate good playing.

I'm going to basically repeat myself here.
GET BETTER DRUMS.
Soften the mix.
love your vocals.

ok.
As a piece of music it's good. Bags of potential. Well recorded vocals. Guitars are good. Not my genre. But I think your draw is in your vocals, they have potential over a range of genres.
Drums.....god damn awful. Fruity Loops? Get XLN addictive drums. These drums don't cut it.
Your volume....loud does not equate to good. Tame it back about 6db, thin the parts. Let it breathe. Your mix is seriously lacking high end. Brighten it, be expressive. The riffs are good, the playing is good, your vocal is too.
Vocal wise, I can tell you didn't sing this at full volume. Probably due to home environment. If you get an opportunity to hit a studio you will shine.
Again not my genre but I can hear the potential.

That's what I call a review.
The two songs are currently only demos, so hopefully the final mixes improve drastically on these points.
You fucking rule for this post.
Thank you!
A wonderfully played piece. I cannot fault the playing.
I will suggest that you apply some reverb, maybe a stereo exciter.
I don't know what VST you're using, it's a good one. If you need an alternative try Piano One.

Thank you!
I have some reverb on the piece, but I kept in minimal, since I wanted a fairly realistic performance sound for this composition.
I have plenty of piano VSTs :)
This one is Embertones 'Walker 1955 Concert D'. I used to use the free Piano One in the past, and it's quite nice for what it is! But it has some problems, and doesn't have the same depth as some of the really carefully sampled (or otherwise created) piano VSTs that are out there on the market. Thanks for the tips though!
Tonnes of atmosphere. Though a bit heavy in background noise. I'd probably make the track cleaner and get rid of the static and its reverb. All that dissonance is lost in the wash. It's definitely unnerving and well suited to the genre. But a cleaner, louder more contrasting mix would elevate this.

thanks for feedback
oooooooooooo
That is some cinematic drama.
I could drown in your world. The ambiance just resonates my brain. All the extra flourishes of noise, they add up so much. You just need to be exceptionally brave and apply some glitch beats. As a piece of tonal ambient, it's perfect. I just wish there was a beat.
it's a 5, all day

Dude you make my fucking day with these reviews! Sometimes I think I'm the only one who loves swimming in all that resonance heh.
If you really want, I'd love to collab. You could take one of my experimental ambient pieces, like this one, clean up the bass with come multi comp or EQ and put a glitch beat under it till your hearts content. ^_^ that or you could just side-chain what ever beat you put in to bump the ambient bass aside to let the beats through. Let me know if you decide to do something.
oh man!
You decided to post. It's been a while.
To be honest, it sounds like an older track. I know you for being a complete orchestral genius. Alot of this is rather 'fruity' shall I say. It is absolutely perfect for game music, love the development.
